Stands out: Songwriting
Poison is the debut single of the three-piece band, Telescreens.
The track has raw and real percussion, simple melodic guitar and just the right amount of reverb to give it that organic sound.
Layered vocals start the song of singing “you’ve been my poison” which is repeated a few times before a soft yet tight rap verse gets going.
Hailing from London, Newark, and San Francisco, Telescreens are a New York based band that have played three sold out shows in the past two months. The track features the entire MCS Records lineup of Telescreens, Doov, CyphTwo, and Manny P.
